Assistant Production Manager

The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for assisting the Division Manager in organizing and supervising work in the Production Department.

  • Analyzes processes and recommends changes in work methods and/or equipment usage to improve labor utilization, production efficiency and department expenses
  • Create written procedures and document process improvement
  • Plan order of jobs and provide leadership and direction for production staff
  • Assist in hiring and provide training for new hires and ongoing training for staff
  • Consults with engineering, sales, and service management to ensure the smooth operation of the plant

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responds to service calls, drives to site, greets customer, performs preventative maintenance and/or troubleshoots malfunctioning systems/equipment to determine the nature of the problem.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent equipment failure by replacing filters, motors, fans, belts, etc. on systems. Repairs, replaces, and adjustst vents and duct work. May clean air ducts to maximize efficiency and improve indoor air quality.

Position Summary: The Technical Writing Intern will plan, write, and overhaul content for our eCommerce Division. The successful candidate will collaborate across engineering, marketing, and design in order to bring technical concepts to life.

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Write compelling copy for the company website using clear, concise solution messaging.
  • Research, prepare, and optimize product listings and product descriptions.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing and direct mail campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of eBooks, white papers, infographics, blog posts, and video clips to that will increase inbound marketing efforts.

Qualifications Required:

Position Summary:Plan and coordinate activities concerned with installing equipment, investigation and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment, and elimination future operational or service difficulties by erforming the following duties:
